The following describes the work that will be done by Business Analyst Level 2:

Support current DPS projects and priorities in the facilitation of gathering themes/epics/user stories/acceptance criteria and analysis of existing requirements documentation. Directly support project and development teams on various initiatives to improve agency effectiveness, compliance with applicable statutes, and enhance service delivery capabilities. Facilitate project development and quality assurance discussions on gathering story points to use for a predictive level of effort model.

Years Required/Preferred Experience
4 Required Experience in the field or related field as a senior level Business Analyst (technical/emerging technology)
4 Required Experience with a basic working knowledge of Agile project management methodology/practices
1 Preferred Experience understanding and documentation of use cases.
1 Preferred Experience process documentation mapping
