Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Specialist to support the R&P modernization team. The ideal candidate will independently analyze complex technical issues, design Windows-specific solutions, and provide expert-level troubleshooting. Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and orchestration of SAS processes is preferred.
Required Skills:

- 10+ years of experience with Cisco platforms and technologies, including IOS/IOS-XE, Catalyst Series, DNA Center, Identity Services Engine (ISE), TACACS+, VLANs, Spanning Tree, and QoS.
- 10+ years of experience installing, configuring, optimizing, and troubleshooting Cisco routers, switches, firewall platforms, wireless controllers, and access points.
- 10+ years of experience implementing and supporting advanced routing, VPN technologies, port channels, and first-hop redundancy.
- Experience terminating copper and fiber cabling, validating cabling using testers/light meters, and managing rack infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of documentation tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and SharePoint.
- PowerShell or similar scripting experience is preferred.
- CCNA or CCNP certification is highly preferred.
