Job Requirement 2: DevOps Workstream - W2

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support Endevor (and other SCMs) DBB/GIT/IDD migration projects.
Perform installation, configuration, and problem determination for DBB/GIT/IDD on customer systems.
Analyze, convert, and validate Endevor applications.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for DBB/GIT/IDD-related issues.
Conduct customer training sessions and develop presentation materials for DBB/GIT/IDD and migration processes.
Collaborate with IBM teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Document migration processes, best practices, and technical resolutions.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong Application Development or System Programmer background.
Proven installation and migration experience on IBM z/OS.
Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
Strong problem determination and troubleshooting skills related to IMU.

Technical Proficiency (Working Knowledge)
Groovy scripting
YAML
Git
Repository management
CI/CD pipelines (debugging and troubleshooting build/pipeline failures)
Branching strategies

Training & Knowledge Transfer
Ability to conduct DBB/Git/IDD training sessions.
Experience preparing and delivering technical presentations using Microsoft Word and standard productivity tools.
Ability to assist clients in diagnosing and resolving conversion-related issues.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
8+ years as a Systems Programmer or similar role.
4+ years of customer-facing consulting experience.
Experience in development, application lifecycle management, or change management.

Preferred Attributes
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Hands-on experience in:
Mainframe modernization
SCM
DBB/GIT/IDD
Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a global team.
