IAM Architect / Technical Lead – HashiCorp Onboarding

1. Core Project Management Skills

Strong experience managing complex, multi-phase technology deployments.
Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (ServiceNow, Vault, Terraform, Cloud, Architecture, Governance).
Skilled in building and maintaining detailed project schedules, dependencies, milestones, and risk logs.
Ability to drive structured weekly governance, steering meetings, and executive updates.
Experience managing vendor teams and aligning deliverables with client expectations.


2. Technical & Domain Knowledge

Understanding of database platforms, HashiCorp Vault, cloud deployment concepts, and Terraform.
Ability to communicate technical requirements between SMEs, security teams, and leadership.


3. Automation & AI-Enabled Project Management

Experience using automation and AI capabilities to optimize project documentation, reporting, and planning.
Ability to leverage AI tools for:
Automated status summaries
Schedule forecasting
Risk prediction
Rapid documentation creation (RAIDs, action items, dashboards)


4. Communication & Reporting

Skilled in managing delays due to internal approvals and proactively escalating blockers.
Ability to create concise, executive-level reports.
Strong documentation skills (weekly status, financial tracking, risks, decisions).
Skilled in translating technical progress into business impact for leadership.
Proactive issue resolution and stakeholder management.
Comfortable working in large enterprise environments with multiple governance layers.
Able to facilitate cross-team alignment, clarify ownership, and remove blockers quickly.


5. AT&T Specific

Understanding of AT&T’s governance and approval workflow, including:
Interlock with AT&T Security Leads
Scanning teams
Change management processes
