Job Description
The Oregon Health Authority is seeking an experienced Business Subject Matter Expert (UAT Tester) to support the transition of the Oregon Health Insurance Marketplace to a new State-Based Marketplace. The ideal candidate should have strong User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience and Healthcare/Health Insurance Marketplace domain expertise.

Responsibilities
Review business requirements and acceptance criteria.
Create and execute UAT test cases and test scenarios.
Perform manual, regression, and integration testing.
Log and validate defects using Jira.
Maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
Prepare test metrics and status reports.
Validate business workflows and system functionality.
Support release readiness and go-live activities.
Required Skills
Strong User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience.
SDLC and Agile/Scrum knowledge.
Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Knowledge of accessibility, security, and performance testing.
