About the Job

Overview: Responsible for supporting the migration of existing, production-ready Java applications from an on-premises data center to a co-located (colo) environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Validate Java application code, configuration parameters, and environment readiness during the transition to the co-located data center.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve environment discrepancies, connectivity issues, and system dependencies between applications.
Manage code versioning updates (up-merges and down-merges) to keep the migration environment aligned with ongoing production updates.
Update and maintain technical documentation, including server naming conventions, environment mappings, and configuration settings.
Support system integration and application connectivity with downstream payment and messaging systems.
Key Requirements & Technical Skills:

Core Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in Java and application servers (WebSphere).
Database: Experience working with Oracle database, should have experience writing SQL queries.
Environment & Tooling: Familiarity with data center configurations, environment verification scripts, and pattern checking.
