Required skills:
Technical Program Manager with experience leading SAP SCM technology projects. Candidate will manage delivery of SAP-related initiatives, coordinate cross-functionalteams, and ensure successful execution of projects that support Supply Chain, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, & Order Management functions. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of SAP SCM projects. Partner with business stakeholdersto gather requirements, define project scope, & prioritize deliverables. Manage project schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate activities across business teams, SAP consultants, developers, architects, and testingteams. Support SAP implementations, enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and process improvement initiatives.



Nice to have skills:



Drive project governance, status reporting, and executive updates. Ensure successful testing, user acceptance, deployment, and post-production support. Collaboratewith business users to improve operational processes and system adoption. Required Qualifications 7+ years of Program or Project Management experience. Experience delivering SAP projects in Supply Chain environments. Knowledge of Supply Chain business processesincluding Procurement, Planning, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Logistics, and Order Management. Experience with SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, EWM, TM, or related Supply Chain applications. Strong stakeholder management and communicationskills. Experience working with global and cross-functional teams. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects



A Project Manager in Application Operations is responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of security frameworks and DevOps platforms, overseeingthe build and support of middleware components, and reviewing & implementing monitoring requirements. They also manage the transition from build to run and operate phases, ensuring smooth operations and incident management. The role requires strong leadershipin incident, problem, and change management during the run and operate phase. Additionally, the Project Manager determines and tracks scope, milestones, tasks, risks, assumptions, objectives, and dependencies relating to projects, creating a governance toreport progress. They are constanthly on the lookout for areas for implementing automation & new technologies & thereby bring in productivty improvements. They proactively build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to identify opportunities to addvalue and engage team members as needed
