About the Job

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Saviynt project experience. The ideal candidate should have a solid Cybersecurity background and proven expertise in managing IAM implementations, access governance initiatives, application onboarding, user lifecycle management, and compliance-drivensecurity projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage IAM/Saviynt implementation, enhancement, and migration projects.
Coordinate with cybersecurity, business, and technical teams to deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
Manage project planning, stakeholder communication, risk tracking, and status reporting.
Drive IAM processes including provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, role management, and governance.
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001, etc.).
Facilitate Agile/Waterfall project execution and vendor coordination.
Required Skills:

5+ years of Project Management experience.
Hands-on experience delivering IAM/Saviynt projects.
Strong understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), RBAC, JML processes, Access Certification, and Compliance.
Cybersecurity domain knowledge and experience working with security teams.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred Certifications:

PMP, PRINCE2, CSM (preferred)
Saviynt certifications (preferred)
Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Security+ (preferred)
