Must-have: Jira Cloud, Automation, Scripting, Agentic AI

Seeking a senior Jira Administrator to manage and enhance enterprise Jira Cloud environments. Must be strong in workflows, schemes, permissions, automation rules, and scalable platform governance.

Key skills include ScriptRunner/Groovy, Python, REST APIs, and integrations with GitHub, ServiceNow, Jama, CRM, and CI/CD tools. Experience building AI-assisted workflows for ticket triage, classification, routing, prioritization, and decision automation isrequired.

Preferred: LLM/Agentic AI workflow design, prompt engineering, Agile/SAFe, and enterprise taxonomy/data-model experience.
