Job Summary:
The State of Ohio is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the modernization and complete rewrite of the Ohio Child Licensing and Quality System (OCLQS). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing enterprise modernization projects, leading cross-functional teams, and working on Salesforce-based implementations or integrations. PMP Certification is highly preferred.

Required Skills:
7+ years of Project Management experience
Experience managing large-scale technology modernization or enterprise software implementation projects
Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Custom Salesforce Applications)
CRM platforms, workflow automation, case management, and system integration
Strong understanding of SDLC and Project Management methodologies
Cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder management
Risk, issue, budget, schedule, and executive reporting
Experience with State Government, Human Services, or Licensing Systems
Knowledge of cloud architecture and data migration
Preferred:
PMP Certification
Experience with State Government projects
Experience in Human Services or Licensing systems
