We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Developer with expertise in Microsoft Foundry, Google Dialogflow CX, and Microsoft Power Platform to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred).
5+ years of overall IT experience.
2+ years of experience implementing AI conversational agents using Microsoft and Google ecosystems.
1+ year of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
Strong experience with Microsoft Foundry (Agentic AI) – Mandatory.
Experience developing and maintaining SharePoint Online solutions using Microsoft Power Platform – Mandatory.
Strong experience with Google Dialogflow CX and Google Contact Center AI (CCAI) services – Mandatory.
Preferred Skills
Experience designing enterprise conversational AI solutions.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise applications and business workflows.
