About the Job

We are Basically seeking a PMP Certified Implementation Specialist/hands on QA Manger withexpertise in large scale ERP Implementation in PeopleSoft HCM/Financial and Payroll modules including managing user acceptancetesting including creating business test scripts, recording defects, and confirming business processes.

A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
A minimum of 7 years of related experience in working with business operations to implement large scale software systems.
Experience in developing and conducting test processes for multiple types of systems, client users and/or units across an organization.
Experience in management, supervisory or team leader experience.
Experience in implementing ERP systems (PeopleSoft).
Experience managing user acceptance testing including creating business test scripts, recording defects, and confirming business processes.
Experience in managing projects and providing executive reports/briefings.
Experience managing the human element of a large scale software implementations including creating communication and change management plans.
Experience managing business operational adaptation and process reengineering during major software system implementations.
Experience conducting readiness assessment to determine that a business organization’s people, processes, and technology are ready for a software implementation.
Experience with cutover planning and execution.
Highly proficient in both spoken and written English.
Able to work onsite in Tallahassee, Florida.
Experience in working with Florida state government.
